Carson Henderson

Carson Henderson; my parents are Plez and Kellie Henderson.

I started swimming when I lived across the street from the Memorial Forest Pool in Houston, and needed something to do in those hot Houston summers.

Swimming has helped me become more dedicated in other activities because I love seeing my efforts through to the end with having a successful result.

My favorite swimming memories have to be all the travel trips with the high school team!  Freshman year was the best, though!

My favorite Coach Murphy quote is “Where’s Gator?” and my favorite Coach Murphy story is the Cliffy Webb story.

I plan on attending either Texas A&M University or Texas Christian University in the fall.  I will definitely keep swimming, but just in intramural swim teams to keep in shape.
