John Ausdenmoore

John Ausdenmoore;  My parents are Peg and Bernie Ausdenmoore.

I started swimming for the Timarron Tigersharks when I was 6.  Both my sisters swam so my mom put me on the team.  When I started high school, I had to choose between swimming, drum line, and soccer.  I chose swimming, and after freshman year, I started swimming for the North Texas Nadadores as well.

Swimming has helped me stay in shape, and has taught me the meaning of hard work and determination.

My best swimming memory is winning State.  My funniest memory is the PDF tournament at Ted’s house.

My favorite Coach Murphy story is the one that he only told Curtis and me.  He made us promise not to tell anyone else.

I plan on pursuing a Major in Engineering, either Mechanical or Aerospace, at The Air Force Academy, Purdue, University of Minnesota, or University of Texas.  Whether  I swim or not is still undecided.
